| Located on the edge of the City of London, near Angel and Islington; Estilo is a mixed use new
development, providing commercial work space and residential appartments. This contemporary development
required modern styled architectural metalwork thoughout.
Hadham Engineering manufactured and supplied the following items:
- Galvanized steel balconies with glass balustrades, bolted to galvanized brackets which were cast in to the concrete slabs during early stages of building construction. The balconies were assembled off site, including glazing and timber decking, and then installed as a finished unit.
- Juliette Balconies with glass infill and stainless steel handrails.
- Elegant wall mounted glass and mild steel balustrade to upper terraces.
- Communal green area and private gardens divided with simple modern railings and gates.
- Glass screens provide privacy between private patio areas.
- Distinctive coloured feature screens and mild steel frames mounted to the front aspect of the
building.
- Galvanized mild steel staircases and balustrade complete with structural steel frames, brick clad
and enclosed by the main contractor.
- External escape stair flight and balustrade from first floor at rear of building.
- Galvanized security gates and railings.
- Handrails to external steps.
- Ventillation grilles mounted within brick openings
