Drawings and Design

Our in house drawing office team consists of five draughtsmen, with many years of varying knowledge in the design and detailing of architectural and structural steelwork. If tight deadlines require additional manpower, we able to call on a team of loyal sub-contractors who have worked closely with us for many years.

Our draughtsmen carry out a full and personal service, starting with initial meetings on site with the clients, through to detailed site surveys and drawings for approval. We also work closely with our own structural engineers to produce design calculations where needed, and ensure that the design meets its intended purpose.

Our drawings are created using Autocad 2006 Lt and Tekla Steel design software, and can be e-mailed to clients if requested.

Once drawing approval has been received we will complete fabrication drawings, this will then ensure that precise fabrication can be carried out, and enable the product to be fitted quickly and accurately on site.
