This award winning canal-side development of 200 appartments, within the heart of the East
London urban renewal, required high spec architectural metalwork to match the contemporary f
eel of the architecture. A mixture of materials are employed through out the complex. The central public open space and new canal mooring basin are complimented by riverside
railings and stainless steel handrails to steps and ramps.
- Various designs of galvanized steel balconies with glass balustrades to all aspects
of the buildings. These were assembled off site, including glazing and timber decking, and
then installed using our bespoke lifting frame.
- Triangular feature balconies create visual impact to the main entrance.
- All staircases and landings within the buildings, were fully fabricated off-site, and installed together with the balustrade fitted, with the progress of the concrete frame construction.
- Galvanized railings and secrurity gates to front boundary walls.
- High security galvanized vehicular gates.
- Glass and steel entance canopies.
- Stainless steel tubular hand rails to external steps.
- Galvanized steel louvres to underground carpark.
- Canal-side balustrades, employing tension-wires and stainless steel handrails.
- Structural steel frames and steel roof purlins to penthouse buildings.
- Cat ladders, open flooring, and miscelleneous metalworks.
